Join the ISRA on November 8th for a fundraiser to honor the 120th Anniversary of the organization with special guest Bernard Kerik — the 40th Police Commissioner of the New York City Police Department!
As NYPD Commissioner, Kerik oversaw the largest police department in the U.S., 36,000 officers, 19,000 civilian employees and an annual budget of over $5 billion. On Sept. 11, 2001 — a day where he lost 23 officers under his command, Kerik oversaw the rescue, recovery and investigation of the attacks on America on Sept. 11.
In 2003, Kerik was appointed by the White House as the Interim Minister of the Interior of Iraq following the fall of Saddam Hussein. For 10 years, Kerik served as an advisor to the ruling families of Saudi Arabia and the UAE— and as a security advisor and consultant to King Abdullah II of Jordan.
Kerik remains one of the most decorated commissioners in the NYPD’s 178-year history with over 100 awards for public and heroic service, including the NYPD’s Medal for Valor and 29 NYPD medals for excellent and meritorious service.
VIP tickets are $200 per person and include a photo with Kerik, open bar and appetizers. Tickets for the main event are $50 and include appetizers and cash bar. The event will be held at Georgios Banquets in Orland Park. Sponsorships are also available. Click Here to Purchase Tickets (VIP & Regular)
