Teaching and Learning
Teaching is one side of the coin and Learning is the other side. You as the instructor are responsible for both during your class. This instructor development class will help learn to be flexible and agile in your plan so that you will meet the needs of your students. This is your job. You need to insure that they take away both what you have to say and what they are needing to hear. Your knowledge of equipment, techniques, planning, observation skills, accuracy, and your ability to develop their competence and confidence is what will lead them to success. You will learn how to identify their challenges, why those exist and how to fix them. Join us for a thorough class to develop and enhance your instructing skills.
