Official Rules

Contest is open to all legal Illinois residents 18 years of age or older. ISRA reserves the right to make final determination as to a contestant’s eligibility to win a prize.
Prize Description. Prizes is a custom engraved Christmas Edition Red Ryder BB Gun. Regardless of the number of prize(s) awarded, winner(s) must meet eligibility requirements.
Date of Drawing(s). Drawings will be held December 25, 2024, through January 5, 2025.
Winner Determination and Verification. Winner(s) will be determined by matching the 3-digit number drawn during the Illinois Lottery Pick 3 Game Evening Drawing (plus Fireball number not valid for this drawing). Winners will be notified by phone, email and/or mail.
By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and decisions of the ISRA which shall be final and binding. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the ISRA accepts no responsibility or liability in connection with injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by, or resulting from the acceptance, possession or usage of the prize(s) awarded hereunder.
Prize Claim(s). All prizes will be mailed out to winners unless they want to pick up from the ISRA Office or ISRA Range.
Odds of Winning. Each ticket sold has a 1 in 500 chance of winning per drawing. Tickets purchased are valid for each drawing during the entire contest period of 12 days. Therefore the overall chance of winning for each ticket is 12 in 500 or 1 in 41.66. Sales are limited to 500 tickets.
Offer Void Where Prohibited. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
